Items purchased from our online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
We kindly ask that returned items be unused, undamaged, and, whenever possible, in their original condition.

Many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted. Because of the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in color, stones, texture, or craftsmanship may naturally occur.
These small differences are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each handcrafted piece unique.
However, if you ever have a concern about your jewelry, please contact us. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will be happy to help.
Items personalized or specially made according to a customer's request — including names, initials, custom sizing, or custom designs — may not be eligible for standard returns because they cannot always be resold.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by us, we will always work with you to find an appropriate solution.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on may not be eligible for return.
If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, applicable return or exchange shipping costs will be covered by SkyBoutique Florida.
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and process all approved refunds back to the original payment method whenever possible.
After the refund has been processed by us, please allow approximately 3–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
